KayBee Community Cafe — Restaurant in Monticello

We are so lucky to have a small business owner like Aundie in our community! This coffee shop is an old Catholic Church that was converted into a coffee shop with the original stain glass windows! It’s such a unique experience and great place to work remotely or study.

Aundie is a fantastic baker and extremely friendly person. My favorite is her Ube White Chocolate chip cookies, influenced by her Filipino roots. I even was able to put in a custom order of them for our 3 year olds birthday! 🎂💜

The cutest little place EVER!! It's in an old church so there's beautiful stained glass windows, and where you order is up on the altar. Very welcoming and the owner is the sweetest. Love the stained glass! Super friendly staff. Wanted to try several items before giving my recommendation. So I've had the strawberry shortcake iced latte (ok 2 lol), macchiato, strawberry lemonade, chocolate chip cookie, cookies and cream cookie and ube cookie (which was interesting, purple, and, so far, my favorite).
