We used them in 2022 for a major show in Chicago and everything was behind schedule, even when they told us to come to the booth the day before show opening, saying it will be ready, it was not. They tried to blame the show, Freeman, and everyone else for the delays. We tried resolving with them and it seemed like we'd use again as they offered a credit on the next time. Now they came back in 2023, after promising a proposal and wasting our time for a few days waiting on such proposal, and said they are not going to do it, nor give the credit they promised.
