Latest Update: I no longer recommend Montville Nails for gel fill/manicure, because... After months of continuously explaining and showing the manicure technician how I wanted my nails shaped (round), I finally had to give up that she'd ever get it right. Also, she would ignore my request to push my cuticles down (after saying she'd take care of it). Additionally, there was always something not quite right with the way at least one of my nails looked (missing fill and/or polish, nail leaning to one side, uneven filling, etc.). On a number of occasions, I mentioned the problems I was having to management - my concerns were totally ignored. Unfortunately, I can no longer recommend Montville

Update: If you want an incredible pedicure, ask for Angela. Best one that I've ever gotten - anywhere! I decided to try a new nail salon, and I'm so glad that I chose Montville Nails! The tech did an amazing job on my gel manicure and the owner and staff were so warm and welcoming. I highly recommend...

UPDATE: Just had a pleasant experience at Montville Nails. Under New Management – Ryan and Amy are wonderful. They have also changed their hours and are now open Sundays (Starting next week - closed Monday's). Looking for a new place – it is worth a try!

I started going to Montville Nails over 12 years ago. Chris did a great job doing gels on my nails. Eighteen months ago Allison took over the salon. As Chris did, Allison always is sure that every client is taken care of “on time.” I was fortunate enough to have Grace do my nails and Angela continue to do my pedicure. I must commend both of them for the wonderful job they do as well as always being extremely pleasant. My appointments are once every four weeks and I always get compliments on my nails right up to the day before my appointment. I have been going to Montville Nails for about seven years now. My first job in college was working at an ice cream shop, and my nails constantly tore and broke due to being in water constantly from washing dishes and milk shake cups.

I started going here back when the old owners were in charge and still now with the new owners. Both have been fantastic.

The current owner, Allison, is an absolute doll along with the rest of the staff.

I highly recommend getting the Gel Builder LCN / ibd if you work with your hands a lot. It has saved my nails from constantly tearing and breaking. A lil pricey but so worth it to always have done, beautiful, and strong nails.

I constantly get compliments on my nails and always tell people to go here.
