So I have been here twice in one week. I'm mad at myself for never finding this gem sooner. I guess the sign isn't vibrant enough, which me and Ali (one of the employees or even manager not sure) talked about. The sign is apparently orange but comes off as brown lol anyway I found the chicken and beef/lamb gyros excellent. Both seasoned well together with the fresh veggies that go in it. What really tops everything off are them fries! It's legit crack lol it reminded me of my highschool fries (Parsippany High). They made bangin' fries back then. Nice crisp to their fries. I was fortunate enough to even try their Police Milkshake and some baklava which is a sweet dessert! Both great stuff. I like how they use almond milk for their shakes as I am lactose intolerant haha I apologize for not having any photos because I'm super hungry every time and I just wanna eat. Til Next time!
Edit Update:: So today I got my usual Beef&Lamb Gyro Pita and was able to take a photo this time. The fries always hit the spot for me. I also learned they have sweet potato fries. Karim, I highly recommend sweet potato fries w/cinnamon sugar coating. Thank me later!!! I also had a taste of the Honey B Avocado smoothie. Like whooooa! That's some good stuff. I would have never knew it had spinach in it, definitely a must try if you come here. I am gonna have to try every smoothie they offer. As stated before, I love how the base is almond milk. Keep it up guys! Special Shout out...
Read moreI was in the area seeing an old friend. I was early as usual so I just happened past Howard's. Looked good from the outside with plenty of parking. Was 11:00 am so I had tons to choose from in terms of breakfast or lunch. VERY clean place. I think it was the owner at the counter, relatively young guy, although everyone is young to me these days. Very welcoming and polite. I went with a basic...western omelette. Check this out, some choices were home fries, hash browns, or fruit! I went with the fruit although I love them all. Got a coffee while waiting. So, the COFFEE was amazing. Seriously. That coffee reminded me that I have not had good coffee in way too long. My western...YUGE, had to be at least 4 eggs, peppers, ham, onions...and the fruit...an entire sliced banana, a few perfectly ripe sliced strawberries, and...sliced kiwis!! C'mon bro...was I still asleep? If I was the amazing dream continued when it all came in under $11 total. I will drive a half hour to be at this great place on a regular basis. They do all three meals. Long hours. Hard working. So happy to be able to post these comments. Here's to the...
Read moreThe owner is not upfront with regular customers. As a loyal patron, I was given a $10 gift card and told it could be used on any online order. When I asked if signing up would mean receiving promotional emails, I was assured that I wouldn’t. However, both turned out to be false.
The card isn’t as flexible as I was told. It turns out there’s a minimum purchase requirement to use the discount, but there’s nothing on the card that mentions this. This is very misleading. I initially thought it was a gift for being a regular customer, but instead, it came with unexpected restrictions.
The discount is only available if you agree to receive constant promotional emails, something the owner should have been upfront about from the start. Customers deserve transparency and should know exactly what they’re signing up for.
After this experience, I no longer feel comfortable supporting this business. I am getting promotional emails everyday and I didn't complete the order. If I try to unsubscribe, it...
