Will rate 5* if I'm refunded!! Bought a keurig coffee maker on Feb 1st, 2016, tried to make coffee the next morning and it doesn't work! Paid $40.00 bucks for a broke coffee maker!! Bought it on my MasterCard and have both receipts from the pawn shop on moody parkway. I thought for sure they tested there products before selling it to the public! Guess I was wrong! Do not go to sell precious metals as they either don’t know how to check or they are trying to scam you. I went to sell a small amount of silver which they claimed was spray painted and fake yet they were willing to pay me for the 1 oz they tested (red flag). Old man was extremely rude and arrogant.Absolutely terrible experience , I’ve never had a man try to belittle me by asking a genuine question about the item I brought in. Will never return or recommend this place. First impressions go along way and apparently no matter how nice you are some people get kicks out of making you feel bad! Lady was nice.
