I always order ahead on the app and walk in to get my drinks. Recently I had a drink taken by someone else, I actually walked in as the person walked out with it, I was so confused, maybe it was a mistake , I wasn’t sure. The lady working was very nice , she apologized and immediately remade my drink and said yeah sometimes people just walk in and take drinks. I Fast forward to Monday, I order ahead and I sit in the parking lot and put my make up on, then walk in for my drink which is not sitting out. This time a guy asks for my name and says my drink should be there, he had it ready about 10 min ago. I said, well I’m here and I didn’t take it, someone must have grabbed it, because it’s not here. He was very annoyed, he said wow, that is so weird that your drinks keep being taken, I said yes it is. He re made my drink then told me because of the “history” they will hold my drinks for me. That’s great, works for me! But this guy made it seem like I stole my own drinks to get a free one. Or that I was lying in general. Very unfriendly compared to the rest of ladies. Read moreWent to this location for the first time since they opened. Line was long, but that’s normal… I mean it’s Starbucks 😂. Young lady at the window wasn’t so nice… she screwed my order up twice. I even left a tip before getting my correct order… didn’t receive a thank you nor a receipt. She closed the window on me twice without me explaining to her what I actually ordered. That’s why it was wrong twice… the third time was the correct order. I didn’t mad or frustrated because I understand how stuff happens. But even through it all… I said thank you, and still nothing from her. Very rude… I started to take my tip back out the counter outside the window. Don’t know her name… but she had short blonde hair and horrible customer service. I won’t go back to this location… I’m treated so much better...
Read moreI visit Starbucks in Moody AL everyday. The majority of the staff are very friendly although some of them can’t make my drink right. I don’t understand how they don’t know what no foam no room means. If I say something about it they take offense to it. I don’t want to pay for a venti but only get a grande when the foam dissipates. There are only a few that make my drink right. I love Cross and Christian. They’re great kids. They’re sweethearts and always laugh at my sarcasm.
