I would give them half a star if I could. I think the first 5 or 6 times we went our orders were always wrong. I went in there and they were not busy and had 10 people working and only 2 people in line, me and the person in front of me. The cashier milled around behind the counter for 2 or 3 minutes ignoring both of us customers. We watched and finally she walked to the register to take the customers order. She finished up taking his order and as we walked up I asked if they were out of anything. They have been known to not have chicken tenders, chicken sandwiches, fries, shrimp, yes I have witnessed first hand every single one of these. So I get to the counter and the cashier turns and walks away. i stand there and watch 4 employees talk and joke and act like I wasn't even there. After about 3 minutes of standing there wondering how long are they going to wait to take the money an employee finally walks up to the register and asks me if I ordered yet. I thought yes, I'm gonna be able to order some food and get back to work myself. I told him, no I still need to order. He nodded his head and loudly asks the 3 other employees standing there how to clock in. I guess they clock in through their registers. Another employee comes over and helps him clock in and then they both turn and walk away. So I walked out and went to Chic Fil A. We gave Popeyes a try one more time. Order was wrong yet again, food was cold, and the tenders tasted weird like they were stale. The kicker was, my son went up to the counter to tell them our order was wrong. The employee looked at him and said the order wasn't wrong, that he just forgot to put everything in it. Go figure .... I was so excited to get my favorite chicken tenders in town, but it would be hard for me to ever want to go back. It's almost like they don't want people to eat there and try to make sure of it by providing zero service and poor quality food. If that is the goal ... I'd give you 5 stars,...
Read moreI spent $11.26 to waste an hour of my life. I work near by and only had a 30 min break. I ordered a sandwich combo online, went through the drive through, and the person in front of me hadn’t even ordered yet. I then decide to go inside hoping it would be faster. Absolutely not. They were severely understaffed and There were two other people waiting. As I would soon figure out we all had mobile orders. The woman at the counter picked up a two foot receipt that turned out to be all the mobile orders she hadn’t even looked at, including mine. She then chooses THE LONGEST ONE to work on first. Long story short she disappears for ten minutes popping up for a minute or two every now and then to absolutely do nothing. At one point a sweet lady speaks up for me yelling “hello this girl needs to go back who work!” The teenager at the window comes to work on my order and she tries to ask him a question and talk to him and he completely turns around ignores her and disappears. Leaving my food untouched . She walked out with only half her order. Another woman had tried to ask the same boy for her order that had been sitting there for FIFTEEN minutes and he also ignored her. Soon the woman working the counter comes back and eventually gives that woman her order and then I ask about mine. I came to find out the fillet for my sandwich was just dropped. Which is ridiculous because my order had been placed for an hour. She then looks at the man that had been there for over an hour and asks “can I help you..?” And she didn’t even have ONE wing for his order that placed more than hour beforehand. Read moreI honestly did not have a great experience here but Sasha turned it around for me very quickly at the end. I tried ordering on the app but it wouldn’t allow me to place my order unless I was only using point to pay for the food. I placed a smaller separate order using just my points and headed to the store so I could place my main order there. When I drove up to the speaker I was immediately told I wasn’t allowed to pick up my digital order in the drive thru but on the digital order I selected drive thru as my pick up option but I decided it was just easier to walk inside afterwards to grab it and didn’t say anything. I was then told the family feast bundle I was originally trying to get online wasn’t offered at the drive thru even though it was right there on the menu display by the speaker. I didn’t want any issues so I ordered three separate meals that would be the closest equivalent to what I was trying to order originally. After getting to the window I was told that the order I placed at the speaker wasn’t entered into their system at all and I would have to reorder. When I tried reordering the same three smaller meals I was told that I could get the same thing for cheaper by doing the family bundle. It honestly looked like Sasha came in on her night off to save the day and I could tell she truly cared about the service people were receiving.
