Well, they overcharged me again, what made me more angry was their attitude. I called them and told them I was overcharged, they admitted it but they refused to give me refund because I have left the store. Their attitude was so mean, like saying, yes, I overcharged you, I know it, what can you do about me? I don't care. Well, I will just dispute my credit card charge and never go there again. This is absurd, half of the time, they either overcharge or over count the items. The worse thing is, they refuse to do anything to correct it. Please double count your item if you want to shop there. I can not believe such a business can last long.
To reply to the comment below: I did pay close attention when the cashier was checking out my items. So he did not over count the number of items this time. However, what I didn't expect was he doubled the price of some of the items! Well, I did not notice that. I do not know how many ppl would read their receipts line by line and compare the marked price with the price printed on receipts after he/she checks out and before he/she leaves the store. Maybe I should feel lucky that at least the calculator in their system was doing the math right this time. When I called, the person who answered the phone admitted that there was a mistake on the price, and I had the receipt and item pictures ready to send to them to prove this, but because I left the store already, they were not responsible for this. To summarize MVP's philosophy: we will overcharge you from time to time secretly, it's your responsibility to catch us, if you do, we will fix it, if not, it's because you did not watch us close enough, so you just need to...
Read moreThey have some good items, but please double count the number of items you buy. I can not believe that one third of the times they would count it wrong. I understand that everyone makes mistake, but the interesting thing is, they almost always over count one or two items. I didn't quite mind it since I always buy a lot of items, one or two items isn't much percentage wise. However, what they did today just made me upset. Bought 11 food items and 6 three dollar bin items, they double counted the 6 three dollar items(charged me for 12 items instead of 6), not sure how that happened. When I found it out as soon as I get home, I called them. They basically told me I should be responsible for it, I was supposed to double check and count the number of items one more time before I exit the door. Once I leave their place, they will not be responsible at all. This doesn't quite make sense, is it wrong that I trust the cashier would do his/her job right? Am I supposed to check item by item after checking out whenever I go to a store? If the cashier gets something wrong and then overcharges the customer, should the customer be blamed because he does not double check item by item on...
Read moreOne of the worst bin stores I've ever been to. All common sense and courtesy goes out the window here. Nobody uses manners. They will shove you out of the way, take things right out of your hands. Be prepared to have small children crashing into you with carts. People bringing 4 kids in with them to use them as pawns and thieves. One female today specifically, stood with her cart in the middle of the row, purposely blocking people from passing her and made her kids stand around the cart so you couldn't move it out of the way. I said excuse me multiple times, after about 3 times she whips her head around to glare at me. Move out the way and keep your kids out of places like this. This is not a child's playground. I have kids myself and I'd would NEVER let them come to a bin store. There are absolutely no rules here. Not to mention they let hundreds of people into a room the size of a large apartment. Talk about fire hazard and...
