Terrible customer service. I called to get a quote on Saturday to get my boat floor covered. I explained to Crystal that I had spider cracks in my floor and she said the quick liner would work great. I measured the floor and gave her the square footage of the area I wanted them to cover which was 69 sq ft. She called the owner and called me back with a price. I then drove up to the store and talked to a guy (bald head) about bringing my boat to them. He called the owner while I was standing there to confirm the price and the order time to get the product in. I dropped my boat off on Monday morning for them to prep it and get it ready for spray on Wednesday. They called me Wednesday (the day I was suppose to pick it up) and said it would be an additional $200. I asked for clarification on the price increase and 1st they said it was more money because there was more prep work than they thought. Then they said it was more because they had to buy more liner. Then they said it was more square footage. All of these were lies. Each of the people I spoke with was very rude and unprofessional. After speaking with the owner I got the same spill. Needless to say I told them to leave my boat alone and I went and picked it up. If you want to be cheated and lied to, take your boat to these people. I would not let them touch anything I owned for free. Do not do business with...

I want to give 5 stars, but I cannot. Not because the job was bad, because the spray bed liner looks phenomenal !!!! I love it. My 4 star rating comes because I was given a “job completed by” time of 3:30. So I planned my day (work, home & to pickup the truck based off of the time I was given. I called at 3:28 to inquire about picking up my truck because I was basically stranded after this point. And was told it would now be at the close of their day, 6:00 pm. Now I’m scrambling trying to figure out what I’m going to do to get home 25+ miles away, check on my dog who had not been outside or anything. And get back to get the truck. Long story short… she didn’t pee the house. And I get there about 5-10 before they close. I was told “we are still finishing up” … I did not get to leave until 6:30. Highly unprofessional and extremely inconsiderate & inconvenient. I was quoted an out door price for the job at $587 but then they charged me $11 more than the price I was quoted. Before my husband passed away, he had a short list of things he wanted the family to purchase and repair after he was gone. So, our son stopped by Leonard’s to look at the flat bed trailers to see what they had to offer. Jeff was absolutely great! He answered our sons questions and helped us with getting everything purchased for a great price. Jeff was so understanding and really went the extra mile to help us. It is bitter sweet for us as this was something my husband wanted done. The other worker, (sorry I didn’t get his name) was very helpful too, showing us automatic steps for my truck and a box for the flatbed trailer. Let me tell you, at an emotional time like this, Jeff and the team were just great. We will absolutely continue our business with Jeff at Leonards in Morehead City. Thank. You so very much Jeff.
