STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE, wish there were negative rating stars. Go somewhere else if you are getting any type sensors installed on your vehicle. I would not recommend this place to anyone, in fact I wouldn’t let them put a set of reflectors on my bicycle. MAKE sure you get what they told you in writing. I paid Cool Imaging $400.00 to install a set of rear sensors on my new 2017 Dodge Durango. As they were recommended by a salesperson at Mike Toler Dodge I assumed they did really good work - NOT!! Cool Imaging told me the sensor alarm will be installed under the dash, and would get colors to match the bumper. Well, none of these things was done plus most of the time the sensors don't even alarm and/or you are close to hitting the object when it finally does go off. I gave it a several weeks to see if they had to be broke in, but nothing changed. When they do finally go off they won't shut off unless you stop the car and open the door. I took my car back to Cool Imaging and explained my frustration and problems. They supposedly checked them out and told me they were okay, but I still have the same problems. I ask about the sensor location and color (my car is silver, these are black) they informed me that’s what came in the kit and the kit supplied wires that were too short. They non-professionally informed me it was nothing they could do about it. I informed them the work was not what I was told would be done. They brushed me off and treated me like I had the plague. So if you know what’s good for you and want a good job you had better take (no run) anywhere else but to Cool Imaging. Now I will have to go to Truckers Toy Store and see how much more it will cost to fix Cool Imaging unsatisfactory screwed up work. Oh, I did inform the salesperson what had happen and he should never recommend...

I went to Cool Image with issues regarding my "Roll-n-Lock Truck cover. The cover wouldn't roll up and it kept coming off the tracks. I was told that a spacer should have been put in originally to keep the top from constantly coming off the tracks. First let me say that I'm from out of state and was referred as they are an authorized Roll-n-Lock installer. They took my truck (2017 GMC Canyon Denali) in and after 20 minutes came out and preceded to say that all these parts were needing to be replaced and the labor would be a minumum of 6 hours or $600.00. The total cost to fix these issues were just shy of $1,500.00 or I could order a brand new Roll-n-Lock cover for around $1,400.00 with a $200.00 install. I said I would discuss with my husband. My husband called the HQ of Roll-n-Lock and got a person on the phone who explained that there is a simple adjustment to make to the part on the tracks to keep the top from coming off the track and that the "Springs" that retrack the top usually are only good for about 5-7 years and we could simply replace the "Spring mechanism" for $108.00 in about 20 minutes. Very disappointing when a company tries to take advantage of someone who isn't local. I would have happily paid them $100.00 to install a $108.00 part and given a 5 Star review versus a 1 Star review because they tried to be greedy. Needless to say I would never use this shop again for anything...

It was my last ditch effort... I had visited car audio shops in Greenville and in New Bern and the shop owners/workers treated me like i knew NOTHING making me feel like an idiot for asking questions and not just accepting their word as gospel... I looked up Cool Image called hoping to find someone who I could hire to do some car security and audio work and on my first call the owner spent over an hour on the phone hearing my car audio and car security needs and questions. I could tell from this first conversation that his concern is not about the money he makes, but it is about the relationships he forms with his clients... knowing that with good relationships... his business will succeed. Finally I found a the shop that would get my business.

If you are looking for a business that will embrace you as a customer, valuing you as a consumer and client these guys are the best in the business. They are a true customer first business.

On top of that, we had a few very minor issues since installation and the cool image team has gone above and beyond to make sure my security and sound systems are tweaked perfectly to my needs.

When i need future car audio and security work i will ONLY go...
