Dollar General — Local services in Morenci

This store has a lot of potential but it has serious problems with management. While I was in the store I overheard the manager on her cell phone bad mouthing a customer because she used coupons. On multiple other occasions this manager treated the other employees terrible. I have been in management a long time and if this person worked for me she would be released. This manager is bad for your store and the way she talks to and about customers is down right disrespectful. Myself and my family will no longer shop at your store in Morenci. Went in to get kids a snack and just needed cash back. Waited in line and realized I forgot my boyfriends pin number. A customer tried to pay but I told her that I had to get cash back so I would just go call my boyfriend. I came back in to the cashier talking about me to that customer. Waited in line and got to meet the other cashier. Also found a sign that said no cash back. That whole time the cashier allowed me to believe I could get cash back. She cared more that I didn't see a sign than the fact she could have told me when I told the customer while standing in front of her that I was trying to get cash back. Will...

This dollar general by far has to be the worst store in the United States, it has really gone down hill, the management team just don't care like other store locations do. Their inventory is always low and out of stock on everything. Especially the freezer and detergent section, they are never fully stocked. Everytime i go looking for a product they are out of stock on ut even tho the app says they have many in stock, and they will not go and check for you. The staff is always friendly, that's about the only good thing this dollar general has...
