If it was possible to write this review while still giving this place zero Stars I would have, the one star is only there so that I can write this review. Today around 11:20 am at Aldi's store number 9, a cashier named Robert, told my husband and I after I asked him if he could please stop being so rude that he did not have to be nice to us he said it's the 4th, repeatedly telling us he did not have to be nice. He jerked a buggy out of my husband's hand, my husband is disabled by the way, I could go on and on but there just isn't time. That's okay though because we talked to his corporate office today only an hour or so ago. And luckily Aldi's corporate does think that he should be nice to customers they do think that even on busy days you should treat everyone courteously. I hope Robert loses his job he is a very unhelpful very rude man. He was mad that he had to ring up two buggies full of groceries well I'm sorry buddy but that's your job, not to mention you get to sit down to do it and from what I hear Aldi's pays pretty well. I have no idea how this incredibly rude aggressive man was hired in the first place. I doubt I'll ever come back to the store it was a horrible experience and the manager did nothing but stand there and let it happen. Luckily corporate looking into it. I've gone through and read many awful reviews from this particular store and I wonder how many of them are talking about Robert one of the reviews said that a woman left crying. This Aldi store really needs to get their customer service together...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreThe man with the brown wavy and semi long hair at the front & on the register , is hands down one of the rudest individuals I have ever came across. Iāve been in customer service my entire life and never have I left almost crying or ever endured something like this and for such a minuscule reason. I had left my Dolly Parton water drinking cup last Sunday when I was checking out and when I called they said they would put it up for me. He was so bothered that I even approached him, I kept apologizing because he was so mean.. once he got rude with his words(āUm Honey itās not here you can look for your damn self!ā), and then his actions I said to him ,ā sir Iām sorry to bother you but you donāt have to be mean to me.ā He even corrected himself and said youāre right sorry and then immediately snapped again on me. I donāt know if he is over worked or what is going on in his personal life⦠but everyone has something going on and the last thing I expected at my Sunday Aldiās trip was to be treated like the gum under his shoe. As much as my entire family and I love that place, we will never return. I hope none of my associates ever treat someone the way I was treated today, I pray with all my heart he fixes himself or chooses a different profession. Especially for the other people who have to deal with him on the daily. Oh and moral of the story⦠I never got my cup. At this point I wished I had never even...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreBought a box of strawberries that had a bloody Band-Aid in it. Cannot find a phone number to even contact the store representative. It is 5:30 in the afternoon and apparently not conducive to corporate headquarters hours. So I have no way of reporting this gross negligence. The product was consumed By my daughter and 2 grandbabies. A portion was sent with my grandson to his school for lunch. By the time we discovered the Band-Aid deep inside the container of strawberries. We had to contact the school immediately and have the berries removed from his lunch box. However he had already eaten one of them. Unacceptable and you can't even report the tainted berries until it's convenient for them to pick up the phone. By the way let me reiterate there is no store location number provided anywhere.... I do not recommend doing business there and if you do you better inspect everything completely prior to any consumption. Not to mention I found canned tuna from China and Thailand. Been to those countries and can tell you that you do not want to consume anything removed from...
