Marco’s Pizza — Restaurant in Morristown

I ordered a pizza there. Took 2 and a half hours to get to us. Opened the box and it was cold. Then I called , and I wasn't being mean I told them what happened , and that I just wanted them to be aware. Well in middle of me talking this Josh guy said "could you do the job."? I said excuse me? And he paused for a good minute and said "do you need a job.". I know what I heard the first time. Then I said are you being a Smart*.? And he said "No we ask all our customers that". I said in middle of a complaint you randomly ask customers if they need a job. Then he said "Yes.". I was furious at this point and said a few choice words and he hung up. Still didnt get to speak to the manager. Its ok tho because corporate should be calling soon. Idc that the pizza was cold or it was late. I was going to state my issue with the service and be done with it. Not even ask for free food. But I will not be disrespected by someone , especially when I was being very reasonable and wasnt being mean about it...

I have been a very regular customer due to it's location and the pizza is usually pretty good. Not so much any more and I realize my patronage alone or lack of won't change their business. I have also worked in food service. Ordered on the app at 8:58 for pick up and was told that it would be ready at 10:01, thought that was a little long but ok no worries. Keep in mind their hours state that they are open till 11.00. About 10 minutes after ordering I received a phone call where the employee rudely stated that because it was Halloween they were not accepting any orders. So we had to find alternatives for dinner so driving by we looked over at the storefront. Were they slammed? No! Were they open, Yes! This was clearly a situation of employees not wanting to process the order. Alienating regular customers is a slippery slope in the food...

I order weekly. I have a few friends over so we ordered 10 pizzas online. I immediately got a call and I figured it was them telling me that it would take longer. No big deal. The guy calling sounded annoyed and told me that they wouldn’t be able to make more than 4 pizzas. I said I’d ordered more than 4 before and I was willing to wait. He started ranting that no one should have ever made me more than 4 and that they can’t make dough and make pizzas. I couldn’t get a word in edgewise through his rant so I hung up because I didn’t feel like being lectured to when trying to order food. He then proceeded to call my phone over and over until I answered and he started yelling I was banned from there so I hung up again. I went for convenience but it’s not worth...
