We recently had the pleasure of working with Andy and Scott from Magic Foods Catering for our wedding on August 24th, 2024, and we couldn't be happier with the experience! From the initial consultation to the last bite of late-night bites, everything was handled with professionalism, attention to detail, and incredible taste.

Food Quality: The food was absolutely delicious! Our guests couldn’t stop talking about how flavorful everything was, from the appetizers to the main course to the late-night bites. We still have people talking about our food months later! We had a variety of options for our menu, including several different delicious appetizers, different styles of charcuterie boards, and build your own menus or pre-designed menus depending on what you were looking for. Everything was cooked to perfection. Even guests with dietary restrictions felt catered to, as Magic Foods Catering offered fantastic vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free options.

Service: The service was outstanding. The staff were friendly, attentive, and efficient, ensuring that everything ran smoothly throughout the day. They worked seamlessly with our venue’s team, making sure every course was served at the right time. We also appreciated how they ensured guests had everything they needed without being intrusive.

Presentation: The presentation of the food was stunning! The buffet was set-up elegantly, but also for optimum efficiency. Nothing ever ran out and guests were able to get their food in a timely manner and everyone had all the food they could possibly want.

Communication & Planning: Throughout the planning process, Andy and Scott were responsive and accommodating. They listened to our preferences and worked within our budget to craft a menu that reflected our tastes. Their team made helpful suggestions, and we felt supported every step of the way.

Overall Experience: We highly recommend Magic Food Catering for any wedding or special event. Their attention to detail, incredible food, and top-notch service made our day even more special. I wanted to take a moment and share my thoughts on Magic Foods, and the job they did at my Daughter’s wedding. I had 3 children getting married within 6 months, and Magic foods catered the one at our home in Moultonborough. Andy and his team arrived 45 minutes ahead of schedule and set up a kitchen in our garage. Everything was cooked on site, and nothing was pre-cooked. The raw bar was outstanding. The 122 guests raved about the passed apps. I’m a fan of Lobster salad. I have never had any better, and must have eaten 2 lbs. myself, severed rather than on mini rolls, but on a piece of Bibb lettuce. The lamb pops, Candied Pork bellies, tuna, and Brie bites were a huge hit. The entrees were terrific, and my friends and relatives raved about the Salmon telling me it was the very best. The beef is what I always enjoy. The Porchetta (which was insisted on by the groom) did get mixed reviews, some liked it , some did not. They hit a ‘Grand Slam’. For an event at a private residence, I truly cannot say enough good things. The team was professional, attentive, and cleaned everything up. Not only was I impressed by the quality of the food, I am grateful. For me a wedding, even my own, is about the food. I have included a copy of our menu for completeness.

Magic Foods Catering was amazing to work with for my recent wedding in Tamworth NH. I worked mostly with Shannon, and she was super responsive and helpful prior to the wedding. She helped us create the perfect menu based on our vision and helped with figuring out what rentals were needed based on our menu/guest count/venue needs. Magic Foods showed up early day of the wedding, helped set the tables beautifully, and were so kind the entire evening of service. Even while bustling my dress and getting to spend only part of cocktail hour with our guests, they made sure my husband and I had the apps! Overall, they truly made the overall experience very stress-free. The food was absolutely delicious - multiple guests came up to us and said it was the best wedding food they had ever had, and we agreed. The appetizers (charcuterie board, pork belly bites, spring rolls, etc) were amazing, the entrees were delicious, and the desserts - OMG. We had a small cutting cake made (lemon olive oil), and it was amazing. Then the chefs created three mini dessert options and they were each amazing. Truly everything about working with Magic Foods was perfect. Cannot recommend them...
