Our experience with Francis motors has been outstanding! I don’t deal with any dealerships in mt airy but them. We have bought 4 cars from their lot . 3 with no issues at all still driving them & recently bought our 4 th one which did have a problem BUT without hesitation Shane, Mike and the others worked with us to quickly fix it with very little cost (which they did not have to do) I say that because we bought it “as is”…. They do offer financing, free carfax, will help with whatever you need. If you already have a local bank they will print you a bill of sale to take to your bank I would highly recommend their family owned business as they will treat you fairly like they would...

Shane and his wife were awesome! They were pleasant and caring to work with. Due to my work schedule, his wife made time, after hours, to meet me more than once. They did all the work for me when it came to finding a loan with low interest. All I had to do was go see the Ford Expedition, test drive it, fill out their online credit app, and go sign the papers. They even took care of the tags for me. I just had to run by and pick them up. Prices were extremely fair on all vehicles I saw on their lot. I will highly recommend doing business with this family. I know I will refer them to any family or friends who are in need...
