If there were a place for negative stars I would have used it! Ordered a $75 vase of flowers a few months ago and got something delivered that I wouldn’t have paid $15 for. They were Pathetic! However an old friend suggested i give them another shot to redeem themselves so i did. I got put on hold and it transferred back to the first guy, he Retransferred me to floral the second time where i waited for 21 min for someone to take my order(in silence i might add, no music on hold) before I finally hung up. I called back in where it rang 8 times and someone answered. I spoke with a rude manager named Matt. He said they were short staffed and said however if I didn’t like it don’t use us...😳 What?!?? Wow!! I asked if he knew who the owner was and he said NO! He had no idea who he worked for. He was just the night manager😳😳. You’re the MANAGER and you don’t know who you work for?? Right. What an experience! Second time! I’m DONE !! Don’t waste your time...
