Blue Lagoon Boating Center Service and Storage — Local services in Mount Clemens

I did not get treated like family. I brought my new Suzuki 200hp to them to review the setup for the C10 gages (the dealer that installed the motor did not know how to do the C10 setup for the fuel gage). I was told they would use my boat to learn more about the C10 setup. They did the setup and said everything was good with the fuel gage. I filled both tanks and calibrated the C10 and ran out of gas on the Atlantic Ocean. The gage was off by 50 gallons. Everything on the gage worked fine, except the fuel measurement. I took the boat back and left it there for 9 days to fix the problem. After 9 days, they had not looked at the boat, I picked it up and did not even get an explanation or apology for this unacceptable service....

He transported our boat from Indiana this spring and everything went swimmingly (our inspector who was on that end to load the boat raved that he was the best transporter he has ever worked with in the decade he’s been doing it). I am very impressed!!! Stored my boat for the winter here and was happy with the level of service. I needed some repairs done over the winter. I contacted them in December. They let me know they would be starting in January. Dave updated me with all findings and Rick walked me through what had to be done. The price was reasonable. My two highlights were 1 communication. I couldn't ask for better. 2. The boat was as clean as when they started. You would never know they were on it.

With this kind of service, why would I ever look for anyone else or a different...
