This is the best indoor playspace I have taken my toddler to in the Charlotte area. It's small enough that he's easier to keep track of, and it's geared toward smaller children so little ones won’t be overwhelmed by a lot of big kids roughhousing.
The entire place is clean and has a well-thought-out design. They even have two ball pits--a larger one for older kids and a small one for babies. Lots and lots of toys to build with or engage in pretend play. They also provide free coffee and tea, or you can purchase a drink at the coffee truck parked outside.
What really makes this place shine, though, is the incredible owner, Shay. She was constantly cleaning, checking to make sure the kids and parents were doing alright, and was just incredibly helpful and friendly. She used a fun handheld bubble machine whenever it was time for a kiddo to head home so they'd have an easier time saying goodbye, which was super cute.
I also loved that they play pleasant, not loud music in the background. There are comfy couches for the adults to sit on as well which was a huge upgrade from most of the indoor place spaces we've visited.
I'd recommend making a reservation online just to make sure you’re able to get in when you want to. We walked in, but it does look like they probably cap the number of children that can be inside at one time so it doesn't get too crowded.
Bring your little ones here! It was the perfect way to spend a couple of hours out of the summer heat.
This was 100% worth the price and the 25-minute drive, and we...
Read moreSuch a wonderful place! The owners have created such a special and NEEDED spot for kids in the area.
You’re greeted as soon as you walk in with smiles, warmth, and the most aesthetically pleasing kids’ space I’ve been to around here. The colors, designated areas - everything was planned so intentionally.
There’s so much to do, and yet it’s done in a way that invites kids vs overwhelms them. Sensory areas, imaginative play, trains, a scarf wind tunnel, stem activities, indoor playground set, a gated baby play area, climbing and jumping… it’s all there, plus things like board games, color wonder and puzzles in the café seating area - which can also entertain older siblings.
You can make a cup of (complimentary) coffee, grab a seat, and see your child from any vantage point. Snacks are allowed to be brought in and also available for purchase - plus a water station.
While you’re there, you’ll find “Ms. Shay” sanitizing often - checking in, engaging with the kids, and making it feel more like a community than just an indoor park.

Read moreCouldn't recommend them enough! I've taken my two girls (4 and 9) for a regular play date and we loved it enough to immediately book a birthday party for the 4 year old. What you get with a place like this, as opposed to a chain, is that the owners clearly take pride in their work and are very hands on with everything. Everything is extremely clean and well taken care of, the toys are high quality, engaging and actually fun! The area is thoughtfully laid out to where you will constantly find new things as you walk around, but doesn't feel overwhelming with clutter. With the party, I came in to decorate with a random box of decorations and Shay (one of the owners) came out to immediately help bring in stuff from my car and helped put up the decorations with me. Honestly, couldn't have done it without her. They make the whole process as easy as possible, they are there to help when needed and you don't have to worry any clean up! Overall, for parties or just a playdate for the kids, this place is a high quality establishment with...
