Healing Hands of Jennifer Musangi Massage Therapy — Local services in Mount Holly

I booked an appointment more than two months in advance. There was no disclaimer saying I had to pay upfront for the services this far in advanced. The very next day on noticing, I did message and call the place and was informed within 24 hours that “First Time clients have to pay at time of booking.”. I went back to double check and make sure I hadn’t missed anything when checking out and when there was nothing there I called the bank to protect myself as a consumer.

I got a notification saying my appointment had been cancelled without me cancelling it. Understandable I suppose, but I don’t know anywhere that clears a charge 2.5 months in advance without providing services. That would screw you as a consumer if the business decided to half bake an experience and it would be too lare for me to try and get my money back.

I had a wonderful experience with Jennifer! I had the ultimate massage with hot stones and foot scrub. Jennifer was kind and professional and made sure I was comfortable the whole time. She takes the time to ask about any areas of concern and answer questions you might have. Her space was relaxing with calming sounds and scents as well as comfortable temperatures.
