I booked an appointment more than two months in advance. There was no disclaimer saying I had to pay upfront for the services this far in advanced. The very next day on noticing, I did message and call the place and was informed within 24 hours that āFirst Time clients have to pay at time of booking.ā. I went back to double check and make sure I hadnāt missed anything when checking out and when there was nothing there I called the bank to protect myself as a consumer.
I got a notification saying my appointment had been cancelled without me cancelling it. Understandable I suppose, but I donāt know anywhere that clears a charge 2.5 months in advance without providing services. That would screw you as a consumer if the business decided to half bake an experience and it would be too lare for me to try and get my money back.
