Queen Bee Bakery — Restaurant in Mount Holly

I am a little annoyed by the lack of communication I have received by Queen Bee Bakery. I initially made a call to the bakery and did not receive anyone so I left a voicemail and I followed up with an e-mail with my requests. I waited 24 hours for someone to return my voicemail or e-mail... I did not receive either. I called again and spoke with someone at the bakery and was told the owner would give me a call the next day. So I waited another 24 hours still not phone call back or e-mail. So the next day I called again and was told the owner just left for the day and again she would reach out in the next 24 hours. Sure enough 24 hours go by with again no e-mail or phone call back. This has been one full week of no communication. I would not suggest using them if communication is what you are...

Called in to place an order, haven’t been to this place before but after the phone I won’t be going there, nor will I order over the phone. I asked the pricing for a Kay like cheesecake, immediately was told they don’t do those, ok well I’m informing you that on your website it clearly states that you have them amongst 8 other flavors of cheesecakes. In the process of letting them know instead of asking if there was anything else you could help me with you just hang up the phone. If you have a craving for something sweet this is the place to go!!! My favorite thing here is the Oreo truffles but the sundrop pound cake is a close second. However, there truly isn’t anything I’ve ever had here that wasn’t amazing and delicious!! It’s always perfectly moist and amazing flavor!! The staff is always so sweet and helpful and you can tell that this truly is her passion and she loves what she does. You can just tell in the food and atmosphere. So even if you aren’t a huge sweet person, stop in a give it a try-the staff and atmosphere is worth it alone...but I PROMISE you their treats are not something you want to miss...
