This dollar general had exactly what I was looking for. The Mrs may have known that when she sent me there to get some Christmas supplies for our house and she wasn't wrong (she's sharp that way). This isn't the first time I've had reason to go there and we now have a pretty good knack for what we might find. If you long for the DG experience, you should be prepared to find some food and drinks, household and seasonal, cosmetic and some clothing. In short, inexpensive stuff that should remain inexpensive. Solar lights stocked in different aisles that were 3 aisles apart. Freezer and storage bags also in several areas far apart within the store. Seems like a random hodge podge of stuff. Asked employee if the store accepted AMERICAN Express credit cards. She kept pointing me to a display of cell phone cards. She did not know what American Express was. Other employee stated "She's new." Store sells some foods, brand name and generic.
