I placed a preorder with Trader Dan’s TCG in February, hoping to secure gifts for my children well ahead of time. Unfortunately, my experience with this retailer has been disappointing. Throughout the process, communication from the company felt impersonal and heavily reliant on scripted policy language, with little indication of genuine customer care. Despite my efforts to clarify the status of my order, responses remained vague and unhelpful.
Eventually, my order was canceled without a clear explanation. While businesses may face logistical challenges, the way this situation was handled gave the impression of poor customer service and a lack of accountability.
After sharing a review outlining my experience, I received a cease and desist notice from Trader Dan’s TCG, which I felt was an attempt to silence legitimate consumer feedback. In my opinion, this is not reflective of a customer-first approach and has further reinforced my decision not to do business with this retailer again.

Never received my monthly box. I emailed to no avail. I opened support tickets in the discord 3 times where they assured me they were sending my monthly box. After 3 months of never getting my monthly box i decided to cancel that order and my etb order. They told me to email them to cancel my order. I emailed them 3 times over a span of 2 weeks to no avail. Finally after i threated to do a charge back they said they would refund me. But they told me they would not refund me for my membership or for the monthly box they never sent me. Which i would consider theft because i paid for literally nothing when i was told i would receive something. It has now been 3 weeks since they said they were refunding me and i still have not received a refund. I have left the discord and i have been emailing them for the last 2 weeks asking for an update on me refund and have not heard back a single time. If you want any update you have to put in a ticket for it instead of him make a public update for everybody. Now he taking private preorder via email - invoce - cash app type transaction since many ppl caught on to his fraudulent behaviors, i hope he not gonna just take those ppl money.
