I just came to the front desk for the first time to ask about a membership and truly the lady there was either Ignorant and didn’t know information or she was just choosing not to give it I asked what they offered for kids and she literally gave me nothing. I asked about swim classes and it took 20 minutes just to get an answer about swim classes.

We were considering joining, but after this experience, if this is anything of what our membership time would be like I would rather drive to Davison athletic club We’re pretty much anywhere else I Am laughing just at how hard it was to get information out of this lady. She also kept coughing into her hand and arm, and just not even sanitizing afterwards just many things I was not impressed with. It doesn’t really seem that she cares about people joining either because she really was unwilling to give any information

There was another man standing nearby. I’m guessing he was a supervisor and he did nothing to intervene or even offer information. It was really disappointing.

I had a membership for 8 months but unfortunately I wasn’t able to go much at all so I canceled my membership March 5th and because it wasn’t 15 days before my payment days (on the 15th) they started that March 15th would be my last payment and I’d still have my membership until April 15th. Well my payment still got taken out on April 15th when it wasn’t suppose to. I’m an understanding person so I called and spoke with Skylar at the front desk and she was apologetic and took my information down for the manager to contact me the next day. I spoke with the membership manager the next day and she was very nice, professional and understanding and was very quick to get my money refunded. I really appreciate how quick, easy and understanding the staff were to the situation even though I was no longer a member. My money has already been refunded and it’s been less than 2 days. Not family friendly! I was kicked out of the pool because I brought my daughter to swim during lap swim. Mind you we were LAP swimming, we were not playing or doing anything other than swimming. There were others there who were not swimming and were just walking in the water. And while I have no problem with what anyone chooses to use the pool for we were asked to leave for no other reason than there were “adults”there that wanted to use our lane and I was told “it’s called adult lap swim”. Apparently age determines worth here and my daughter is not seen as a valid member even though she is part of our membership. I would ask for a refund for my membership but it was an absolute debacle dealing with staff to even get one in the first place it’s not worth my time. Will never...
