A little known service from MyLimo is the shuttle service to the NJ train stations from various apartment complexes. One such service runs from Florham Park to Chatham Train Station. While the service at most times is a time saver but becomes a nightmare given the quality of buses and changing drivers. I would have given them a 4 star rating if it were not for these constant issues listed below.
Whenever there is a change in driver for the pickup, they either are not made aware of the timings for various stops or not instructed the train track for the pickup. It's a big hassle reaching out to customer service as the best they can do is to send the driver back after 15 minutes which is not good is you missed a 50 minutes train to NYC. Plus you can never use their app to track a shuttle if it's not a single ride reservation. I have had to use my own car or a taxi to go to the train station around 8-10 times now during the past year. (This is a simple instruction/training issue, how can we get this wrong every time around with a new driver) Old MyLimo buses with bad cross body sliding doors. Maybe it's just this route but the bus on the route has super hard jammed door, which has caused an injury to my shoulder twice ultimately leading to a frozen shoulder and multiple trips to doctors and physios to get this fixed with a bill exceeding $750.

It's highly unfortunate that the same bus without a fix was in service for the past 2 years. It took another complaint to the driver and the apartments management before the door was fixed last week. I wanted to continue to support them even though they are double the price of an Uber because they always prided themselves on customer service & ensured they would track your flight and you would not have to worry if you were delayed. Well that clearly is not the case anymore. When I called to ensure they knew my flight was delayed, they told me there was nothing they could do, the driver has no time to pick you up later. I said this has happened numerous times before and never has been issue. The lady on the answering service said sorry nothing we can do, we are busy. So now you’re leaving me stranded & also changing company policy and doing so with terrible customer service. I am now being billed 7 days later for a trip I never took & a trip they refused to honor because United delayed my flight. I will never use them again, terrible customer service at its finest.
