Bought 3 vapes from here and came back less than a week later because one of the 3 they sold me stopped working after less than 30% of it was used. They offered me 10% off as compensation instead of just simply replacing the vape. Claim they’ve had incidents in the past and couldn’t replace it after 24 hours😂. I’ve spent a few hundred dollars at their store within a couple of weeks and their excuse for not replacing it was “there’s dud vapes sometimes” . What a joke and bad customer service , great way to treat a recurring customer...
