I found Jay on google after searching for a phone repair shop as a last ditch effort to repair my boyfriend’s iPhone. We spent two days dealing with Apple tech support and personally going into the Apple Store to fix his phone. Apple tech support could not solve the issue and once we got to the Apple Store they said it would be $400 repair or better off to just buy a new phone. No longer wanting an iPhone that was not a good fix to the issue. We went to Delta pc & phone repair and got his phone fixed at a fraction of the cost! My all-in-one HP desktop computer suddenly experienced problems right before the Christmas holidays. I reached out to Jay at Delta by email, and then spoke to him by phone. He was willing to take the computer immediately, despite the holidays. He spent a good amount of time diagnosing and found an issue that was anything but obvious, a testament to his skill and expertise. He took extraordinary steps to repair the computer, and actually returned it shortly after Christmas. It works as if it were new again. Jay was super fast to diagnose the issue with my son’s gaming PC. What I thought could be a fan issue turned out to be an air bubble in the water cooling system caused by a leaky seal that had resulted in a clogged line. He presented clear options for replacing parts etc. Ultimately I chose not to repair the 5 year old machine that was in an awkwardly designed tower and bought a new rig instead. Once again, Jay presented options, and was able to reuse the graphics card from the old machine to keep costs down. He then turned around the fully built tower in less than 24 hours.
