Mill's Flowers and Gifts — Local services in Mount Pleasant

I had a similar experience as Laverne Fernandes with Sandra at Mills flowers. We talked in March 2017 about everything I wanted for my special day and apparently she didn't write down or make any notes about any of it. And my bouquet was limping, small and simply the wrong flowers. Parts of the flowers in bouquet were glued together which I didn't care as long as it looked good but it looked pathetic. My centerpieces for the reception were suppose to be purple flowers and they gave me baby's breath, nothing more. I was suppose to walk down the aisle to every other pew having purple flowers and they gave me the wrong flowers to go on my wedding cake. I was refunded $78.07 for the mistakes they were able to recognize on their behalf. I feel that the $78.07 is not sufficient. OVERPRICED. I went in for marigold flowers for a Dia De Muertos ofrenda, and walked out with 4 flowers and a 40$ bill. To start, they didn't have marigolds, so she sold me dahlias and then somehow found two marigolds. It felt like the woman who brought them up front just made up a price on the fly. 15$ per stem for dahlias and 7$ for a marigold. The flowers were already dropping petals on the way home and the marigolds look half dead. I put them in cold water when arriving home, but I have no clue what is wrong with these things. For expensive as they were, it was a total rip off. If I didn't need them to celebrate this cultural day and my family who have passed, I would have not bought from this shop. I just got married March 16th, and from the initial appointment to picking up the bouquets and boutonnieres, it was an amazing process! My flower designer was Julie, but all the ladies in there are super cool. Julie helped me get my thoughts coherent with the flowers that I picked, the design that I wanted, and the lace that I wanted for the hold. Even though I changed the order 3 times, they kept up and communicated with me every step of the way. When I picked up all of my flowers the day of my wedding, everything looked absolutely gorgeous!
