Sands Motel — Hotel in Mount Pleasant

This place has bedbugs! The first room they gave me was ok for a cheep motel but when I went to sleep I woke up with bug bites. Then searched the bed and found baby bedbugs and reported it to management to where he kept gaslighting me and telling me I didn't see what I seen. So they gave me a different room... Of course that room had even worse bedbugs so I reported that to management. He kept saying that I must have brought them there. Honestly I never even thought about bedbugs until coming there. Worst experience with a motel ever. The Health department or something should make...

Highly do not recommend this motel. A very close friend of mine just experienced a hail storm, was in her car with her father when it was happening, and was told very rudely to move because it wasn’t their property. Can’t imagine giving anyone my money for someone who wouldn’t lend a hand...
