Lake Sis General Store — Local services in Mount Shasta

The store is nice and has many items to purchase, except it is lacking several essential items that would be nice. Where the problem mostly lies is with the staff. The camp boasts about their soft serve ice cream. The staff member working the store routinely stopped serving the ice cream an hour or more before closing and also would say to anyone, "We only have chocolate." They are just rude. The camp is busy and if the staff members don't like their job or how busy it gets, they should move on. Customer service is definitely lacking here. Great little General store with just about everything you need for your camping experience. If you forgot some thing they probably have it here. Came here for breakfast. No one was around but still I was served by a nice lady who was friendly and kind. The place was neat clean, big and had good options for food. I wasn't too hungry so I ordered simply fried eggs with toasted bread.
