Aaron's Rent To Own — Local services in Mount Sterling

Currently, the supervisors are extremely rude. They hang up and call from different numbers. If you are late on a payment they will fraudulently keep any card you pay with on file that way they can run it each day to try and catch a payment. They have a problem with accepting cash. This has happened after repeatedly telling them to take a certain card off file. They continued to run it. They have no issue with putting an auto payment at the end of the month so they can get as many late fees as possible. I am a person who pays bills on time; however, this establishment has no desire to allow a customer to get the best out of the“rent to own” experience. I’ll never utilize this company again. If I could give them a zero star I would. After being harassed for 3 days about people who are NOT me, the issue “should” be fixed now. However, The “accountant” named Krystal at the mount sterling location was extremely rude, hung up on me but kept calling me from 2 different numbers asking for 2 different people. I spoke to a man ONCE yesterday, who said my number was noted to not be called again but Krystal kept calling me anyways. She would not let me speak to a manager but when my husband called, a manager suddenly was available while I was arguing with this lady over the phone. I have NEVER been in this store, EVER. You need better employees and a better way to fact check customers when they give you information....

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!! They gouge the customer! Was treated horribly by "general manager" Yes, I was totally behind on payments, I fully understand that. However, that does NOT give HER or ANYONE the privilege to treat a customer like dirt! Especially when I was willing to provide them with my credit card information so they could charge my account on Friday. In the end I would NEVER recommend Aaron's rentals to anyone! Their prices are outrageous ($1,650.00 for a otherwise cheap curio cabinet) ($500 for a 38" regular, no bells no whistles TV) total gouging! And you do end up selling your soul!
