Edit to add: the owner's reply is dishonest: I gave a full description of the ring, 14k, 6mm wide, rounded band and still she acted like it was some big mystery - she had a big attitude like I was being unreasonable. Seriously, if the minimum sizing you've ever done is $60 and the highest is $2,000 then you say 'prices start at $60," but she wouldn't say anything but "bring it in." If forcing folks to drive down so that you can subject them to car salesmen tactics that's fine, but be honest about it in your reply.

Original review: I called to find out how much it cost to resize a ring and change a clasp on a bracelet and they won't give any prices over the phone. I can understand not wanting to give anybody false expectations but before I make an hour drive to the store I'd like to have a rough estimate is it 30 to resize a ring or $300? When I asked a third and fourth time for a price estimate the lady started getting grumpy. I guess some people have time for this kind of nonsense in their lives...

Went in March 2023 to talk about having a custom wedding ring made with some diamonds I inherited. The lady was not helpful at all, acted like we couldn't afford anything. Told me to txt Mr Burrus with pictures of my ideas...so I did, he never even responded so I txt again to make sure he got them...no response...so I called. Said he was very busy and he would get to it....🤣🤣 still waiting 8 months later! We actually found a very knowledgeable jeweler that did a fabulous job on creating a beautiful ring for me! Sorry, won't be using him for anything...unlike most in Mt Vernon, I will travel outside of the area to find...
