I placed an order tonight online. 1x Chicken Fajitas 1x LG Cheese Dip 1x Pollo Con Queso

I ordered the chicken fajitas. When placing the order, in the description box I asked for only onions, peppers, rice and beans with flour tortillas. No tomatoes salad or anything that comes on the salad. The cooks did not look at the description box. It came drenched in tomatoes, it tasted more along the lines of an Italian dinner vs Mexican. It came with salad and everything on it. The Pollo Con Queso was a very small portion. Definitely not worth the $13.64 for it.

When I went out to my car I decided to check the food. (I didn't realize at that time my fajitas were covered in tomatoes). My order was missing the LG Cheese Dip. I went back in with my messed up order to get another rice and beans with no salad and my missing cheese dip. The one guy tried arguing with me about my order. He said no its right I said no its not. I showed him the salad/rice/beans and then where is said no salad. I had to explain that 3 times to him it was only.rice and beans. Then I tried telling him that I was missing my Cheese Dip. He said no its in the bag and I told him it was not so he started going threw it. I asked if I could just get my rice and beans and cheese dip. It was more of a hassle than anything. I didn't finish my food bc it tasted like Italian food. My email stated my food would be ready at 6:25pm. By the time I got home at 6:40pm it was cold. WILL NOT BE BACK! Was...

Arrived just before 7pm with my wife and I and this place was moderately busy. Our very first time here after this place opened months before. We hadn't heard any thoughts about this place from friends and relatives. Seated ourselves. Approximately waited 4 minutes before a hostess asked what we wanted to drink, sweet tea and non-sweet tea. A different hostess brought out beverages and menus. Several additional minutes passed as well as several patrons left as they were finished when our 2nd hostess brought complementary chips and salsa. They were good. Our order taken which was Seafood Nachos and 1 tamale with guacamole salad minus the Pico. Roughly a 13 minute wait before our order was brought out by a 3rd hostess. The Seafood Nachos were good, not great. A great deal of green Bell Peppers were a part of the order which over-powered the Nachos. The shrimp were plentiful along with additional imitation seafood. At least it seemed as such. The tamale with guacamole salad was good. Not once did we get offered refills on our drinks. For the almost $30 spent, not including any tip, seemed fair for our order. The first time we went there the service was amazing the food was amazing and the price was great for the amount of food. The second time we went it was taco Tuesday. $1 tacos. We got 10 soft tacos and 1 chicken chimichanga. We were charged full price on the tacos. We figured it was a misunderstanding and decided to give them another try. We called ahead for a carryout order. When I was trying to place my order the waitress was rude on the phone, I asked if the monster burrito came with beans and rice on the side. She said yes. I then ordered polo con queso and chicken chimichanga, salsa, guacamole, and white queso and chips. I went to pick it up and I asked if we could check to make sure it was all there. They did not and would not open it. We get home and had no rice and beans. When I called up and asked the lady said she told me it did not come with it and I said that was fine. I did not.
