HORRIBLE, This is in response to Max M. I am real and had purchase. I must have just used my other account. I bought three overhead lights for outdoor for in a carport. I do not have the order number with me or I would post it here. If you were as quick to respond to the customers issues as you are quick to respond to the poor reviews things might go better. I bought some lights from LeanLight. The lights did not mount correctly. The were also not bright enough for what we were looking for. I contact Leanlight for a return, they replied but no info as to where to return the lights. I did later get an email stating that the first email was incomplete and didnt have the return address needed. It was just an apology email still with no information how to return. Leanlight is just avoiding the situation. Buyers beware if you get a wrong item or defective item you will have trouble with returns. Items are cheap made. Absolutely the worst, most evasive customer service I have ever dealt with. I was never able to get an answer when I called I have left messages. Nobody returns a call. Emails go non-answered. I ordered a light fixture for my garage from Leanlight a couple of months ago. I am a hobby woodworker and I am trying to start a YouTube channel based in my garage. The problem was the lighting in my garage was horrible leading to poor quality videos. I reached out to a fellow YouTuber who recommended this company. I bought a fixture that has 6 led bulbs similar to the old fluorescent version. It has really improved the lighting in my garage. I could not be happier with the product and the pricing.
