I have only been a patient to this office since late 2022! Pam the office manager is a awful person arguing and talking over me on the phone! The lady’s at the front are nice enough they don’t do well under pressure and it shows. Unprofessional in my opinion.
Dr Lie was my dr it’s pronounced Dr Lee if that says anything … there is a communication gap due to the accent and you could tell he was getting frustrated with me because I didn’t understand him at my last appointment he was a sweet man whom is very intelligent… I don’t regret seeing him but due to all of these occurrences I do NOT recommend this facility at all!! That’s just my opinion though so take it as you will! I had a appointment scheduled and needed to get in a little earlier due to allergies and asthma and they simply refused to see me with out a negative Covid test. I refuse to have that thing stuck up in my brain! I know my body I know this is allergies 🤧 I am taking over the counter allergy medicine and it is relieving my sinus pressure and sneezing but I still sound nasally, I just wanted relief with my monthly shot a few days earlier than what was scheduled!! Due to the extremely rude staff I have moved to a...

Yes, I was running late to get my child to her appointment because my provider thought it was more important to talk about piercings with staff than to address a patient in a timely manner. There was one other person in there to be seen. So not a packed office. I was also not given/sent new patient paperwork ahead of time to fill out. If I was simply told, “I’m sorry, you’re too late and will need to reschedule!” I would have understood! Also the way the Drs work in there anyways is they look you over for 5-10 min. max then send you on your way. We simply needed a referral to a specialist to get this child’s ankle appropriately looked at. The professionalism (based on the conversations you could clearly over hear in the back) is sorely lacking around here along with...
Read moreMy mother became a patient of the nurse practitioner Phillippa Arnold a few weeks or so ago. I highly recommend her to anyone seeking a primary care. She felt so welcomed at the clinic by all staff and had an overall great experience. The girls at the front desk were very polite and helpful even helping her with some of the paperwork she had to fill out (usually I'm there to help my mom but was unable to do to my work schedule and I really appreciate them taking the time to help her) as she was a little confused with some of the questions. Her nurse Suzie (I think?)was kind and compassionate taking her time to address her concerns. I hope she continues to receive the care she deserves and is able to get in better health because she is actually being listened to. Her other doctor blew her off when she had concerns and she said Baxter Regional Family Clinic did the opposite and I'm so...
