I have used the jewelry store for over 20 years. The staff has always been super friendly and very knowledgable. They always seem to know what the person I am shopping for would want or has commented on in the past! As a guy, that is a huge help! When I got married I knighted Lori with the task of finding me the perfect ring for my future wife and she did not dissapoint! My wife has cherished that for over 11 years. The store has always been well taken care of and clean, but recently I was amazed at the new renovation they did there. I want to thank everyone for their professionalism. I lost my wife and I needed something to remember how great I had it for 46 years. They took our wedding rings and we designed a new ring that I could leave our son when I pass. We were also able to reuse gold and stones to make 2 of my grandchildren something that they could also leave to their loved ones. The quality of work was exceptional and the looks on my grandchildren faces was worth every penny of the cost. The fact that you do all the work in house helps your clients to have a lot more input. I bought a watch about a year or so ago, honestly can't remember, and a small issue came up to which they promptly replaced the entire watch with a brand new one, absolutely hassle free, no fuss.
