If I could give them -10 stars I would, because they don't even deserve 1! WORST experience ever. I'm a server myself, so I am very understanding and patient, but this was literally the worst service I've ever had in my life. They weren't busy at all, and after sitting there for 15 mins without anyone even speaking to us, I finally found a waitress and ordered drinks. Then we waited for 15 mins for drinks while the waitress sat at the front and talked with her friends. I had to go ONCE AGAIN and ask for our beers (which were flat). They didnt even take our order for 30 mins. We ordered an appetizer and 2 sushi rolls that came after our entree (that we waited over an hour for). No one would even speak to us, I had to hunt them down every time we needed something, drinks refilled, orders taken, new silverware. I don't know why we didn't just walk out! We kept thinking it'd be there soon and we were so hungry. We got a tiny plate of COLD food (that was wrong) and it was still $100. It wasn't just us either. I’m extremely impressed with the concern of the management and staff to take care of this so quickly. I will update once funds are replaced but I will definitely return to Fujiyama in Mt. My review is about the online ordering system. My daughter ordered on the restaurant app on a Sunday. The order was $54 and she paid for the order. She got a confirmation number after the payment went through but the problem is the order wouldn’t be ready till the following Tuesday. This was due to the fact that the app doesn’t accept orders for Sunday and the restaurant is closed on Monday. Upon asking the staff about a refund there was nothing they could do as the Oder wasn’t showing on their end yet. I am placing the review only about the ordering app not the staff. Read moreI tad disappointed. We had a friend visiting from out of town so we decided to take them for sushi. We arrived at 7pm and the restaurant closed at 9pm. It all started great, but fell off in no time. Sushi portions are the smallest out of all sushi joints in the area all the while charging the same prices. You can see through the fish on the rolls it was so thin. The miso soup was not good to me at all and it was the first time I have ever not finished it. Is was not warm enough. Normally ypu can see the spup rotating and moving but this bowl of soup was void of any of that. The restaurant was slow but yet we had a hard time getting service at the table. Our food came out piece meal. From the first dish to the last it took 20 min. At the end I ended up getting my own Togo boxes. The entire front where the customers sit was void of any staff for lenghts of time. I will say the fish was fresh though. If you have a trailer it might be challenging to maneuver but is possible.
