I love the store, great products and selection. I was shopping in the store on 7/26/25 and a young girl was working the shop. She was on her phone the entire time, never asked if I needed help, I initially thought she was a customer as she walked around the store on her phone and carrying her purse. I wanted to purchase some jewelry and I stood at the counter while she contiued to sit in a chair behind the counter and continued to talk on the phone. I finally had to ask, "Do you work here". She continued her conversation for a bit and then asked, I'm sorry do you need something? I asked my questions and she answered quickly and then continued her phone conversation while ringing up my order and contined to stay on the phone as I walked out of the shop. Never acknowledged me a customer and I felt it was very rude. I love the store and I have never ran into this issue before.
