I brought my disabled veteran husband in for lunch today. Both of us are disabled... I am also a minister, and there just happened to be another minister who was in there with his wife. Who heard the whole nasty conversation with your employee? Who claims to be the store manager Destiny... I HAPPEN TO KNOW THAT SHE IS NOT THE STORE MANAGER. SHE MAY BE THE BABY MANAGER ON DUTY, BUT SHE IS NOT THE STORE MANAGER... SO I CALLED HER ON THAT BOGAS STATEMENT! I KNOW WHO HE IS, AND HE IS VERY KIND... And there was another couple of ladies in there, who all got in on it. They got in on it on themselves after they heard Destiny, chew me out and tell me loud enough, obviously for the entire restaurant to hear how rude I was exceedingly rude for bringing my arby's lunch in there to eat, while my husband was eating popeye's lunch... I have done this all my life with my children. Somebody doesn't want something we get theirs and we end up eating where the last person wants to eat... I have always done this...THE OTHER 5 PEOPLE ALSO DO THE SAME THING... Now you have ticked off 6 customers in 10 minutes... My oh my HOW does 1 disgruntled little Brat do that? All 6 of us are reporting DESTINY AND HER SURLY ATTITUDE...THIS IS THE SECOND TIME SHE HAS THREATENED ME... SHE NOT ONLY THREATENED ME AND TRIED TO TELL ME TO GET OUT OF HER RESTAURANT, BUT SHE WENT TO THE BACK AND COMPLAINED TO HER EMPLOYEES THE WHOLE TIME WE WERE THERE... SAYING THAT IF SHE HAD SAID SOMETHING LIKE THAT HER FATHER WOULD BACKHAND HER WELL, MAYBE HER FATHER NEEDS TO BACKHAND HER AGAIN, BECAUSE SHE DIDN'T LEARN HER LESSON... SHE DOESN'T RECOGNIZE ME, BUT SHE WAS EXCEEDINGLY RUDE TO ME THROUGH THE DRIVE THROUGH ONE DAY THREATENING ME TO GET OUT OF HER DRIVE THROUGH JUST LIKE SHE THREATENED TO SEND ME OUT OF THE RESTAURANT TODAY... JUST SO YOU KNOW, I GOT THE OTHER CUSTOMERS, PHONE NUMBERS, AND WE ARE ALL GOING TO COMPLAIN... Elders also...WHY WOULD YOU YELL AT GRANDMA? HER FATHER NEEDS TO BACK HAND HER AGAIN AND AGAIN...JUST FOR THREATNING A SENIOR DISABLED...

OK, I REALLY like Popeyes chicken but today was the 3rd time in a row, within the past week, I’ve gone through the drive through, only to get to the window and hear, “There’s going to be about a 15 minute wait on Spicy”. I had them take my order off and only got my wife’s sandwich. I have been patient up until now but I vented this time. I told the lady at the window that this has happened 3 visits in a row and that their their manager needed to get their act together, that this was a horrible way to do business. I’m going to assume she was the manager, as she, with a “look away” and a sarcastic, “I’m doing the best I can. Have a nice day” she firmly closed the window. I did get out “no you’re not or you wouldn’t be out of food”, before the window closed.

Yeah this place is terrible and is racist as it can get I'ma dasher and alot of times doordash app unassigned or orders get cancelled mistakenly had someone come out recording because of a dash that happened a hour ago ok for a fact that if a order were to be picked up as a dasher you can place the order and use a red card to make sure the order gets done my gf went in to pickup a order they even admitted that orders get taken frequently they recorded my girl who is African American literally ignored her for 20 minutes while she was in there and than had the audacity to go out there was to record her. I would not recommend going here if you are of a different ethnicity than Caucasian they really are as racist as they come they never decided to record any Caucasian who be taking orders and openly admitted my gf was the first they tried to record and harass about it also the person who did this would be crystal one of...
