BUYER BEWARE * I purchased two phones from this store on November 22, 2020. They overcharged me $105.00. I have been trying to get a refund but all I get is the run around. I have called Verizon, Victra customer service multiple times and they tell me it must be resolved at the store. I’ve gone to the store only to be told the manager isn’t here. I’ve left my contact information but he does not call. I’ve gone back to the store and he’s left for the day. While searching for the customer service number online, the better business bureau showed up in the search. There are several complaints about overcharging and lack of refunds for this business. DO NOT SHOP HERE. Order online directly from Verizon. It’s been over a week and I still can not get any resolution. If you choose to shop here anyway, Check the prices at Verizon online and compare to what they are charging you BEFORE you sign anything. Please don’t take my word for it, check the BBB Website...

I decided to wait almost a month before writing this review in hopes our experience turned out better than it has.
My wife and I were at this location in August to transfer service to Verizon as new customers, trading in our old phones. The promotion was to pay off our previous phones, trade them in, and receive two iPhone 16 Pros for free.
This process took 4 HOURS. There were multiple times when the representatives seemed like they were unsure how to process our transfer which was nothing special. Mind you, we had our toddler with us. No explanation was given as to what took so long.
Furthermore, we are now thinking we have been lied to because our old phones have NOT BEEN PAID OFF. And, we have nothing official in our paperwork indicating when this will happen. I have been trying to call Verizon customer service to get to the bottom of this. I will post an update to this review...
Read moreJeff was great. He gave us quick service in the store and resolved the issues I was having with my phone not holding a charge. He did misinform me that I wouldn't have the hassle of returning the phone that wasn't working. However, overall I was very satisfied.
After receiving the replacement phone, Maddie helped me wipe the old phone. This is after I tried via Google, went to another store that couldn't do it successfully, I tried again via Google, I called customer service who walked me through it again, then I finally tried again via Google. This was no easy task. That was at least half a dozen attempts to wipe it, people. Maddie was fantastic! She also grabbed me a padded envelope to return the phone.
