Dollar General — Local services in Munising Township

The cashier Fortune is absolutely rude. I went in to purchase items and when I reached the cash register I realized I didn’t have my card with me. Fortune seemed very irritated by this and I had to put all my items back myself while being stared at by other customers. I was extremely embarrassed. After finding my card shortly after, I went back and got the stuff I originally went in to get. Upon entering Fortune told the other employee something along the lines of “they were just here and now they’re back”. My apologies for shopping at Dollar General! I continued shopping and upon paying for the items my card was declined because I forgot that I locked it from when I lost it. I apologized to her and received a blank stare back. I got my card to work and as I was leaving she approached the other employee and made gestures towards me. I apologize for being such an inconvenience to her. i came in here to get 6 balloons blown up for a small wedding i was attending, there were 2 cashiers, 1 other person in line, when we got up to the girl and asked for the 6 balloons to be blown up, she rolled her eyes, proceeded to “call for backup” for another cashier to come up front (even tho there was only 1 other person in line). when the person came from the back, they said “next time you need to call in advance” with attitude. so i’m sorry that blowing up 6 balloons is such an inconvenience for you, when it literally took 2 minutes to do, not sure why you needed extra help from the back when there was only 1 other person in line, but y’all need to get ur act together and be a little more friendly. customer service was trash, if ur life is that miserable that ur gonna be rude to customers at work, just quit cus nobody wants ur...
