The whitefish is extremely moist--perfectly battered with a thin, light batter, and fried to perfection. It has such a subtle, slightly sweet flavor that I've never experienced in fish, before. The fries are also perfectly fried. Both fish and fries are prepared to order. He shakes some delicious seasonings over the fish, and there's enough in the bottom of my basket to eat with each fry--fries don't need ketchup. I don't know if he makes his own tartar sauce and cole slaw, but both were also fantastic. Wish the cole slaw servings were double, but it sufficed.

I am extremely saddened that I will never have this fish again because I doubt I'll ever be in the area, again. On the window, he had an article about being recognized nationwide! This spot is a MUST to check out!!!
