Mountain Escapes Property Management and Cabin Rental — Local services in Murphy

This is an amazing home!! It is very spacious, extremely clean and secluded. We ended up with a group of 12 and everyone slept comfortably. It also has an amazing view from the back porch!! There's a huge hot tub on the basement level (outside). There's also a small pool and air hockey table in the basement. The home is approximately 10 minutes from downtown. GPS says 15 but it takes about 5 full minutes from the home to the main highway.

There's also a treehouse suite that is accessible from the home. You have to access it from an outside door which was awesome for my 13 year old son!! It has its own tv, refrigerator, stove, couch and bed high in the sky!! The management and/or owners were extremely nice. They made sure that someone answered all of my questions even during our stay. It is deep in the woods so be prepared with an SUV or a four wheel drive vehicle if possible but this is not mandatory. This was a horrible experience from the beginning! The road to get to the cabin was very dangerous as stated ABOVE! The demeanor of the way they run this business is horrible not professional at all! If you communicate with a customer for at least 2 months there are several things to mention such as the road it has nothing to do with being able to DRIVE no one wants to die in the process of getting to a cabin! The receptionist had to be a child because they way she spoke on the phone was RUDE even when dealing with upset customers it’s a way to handle it! Reading his reviews seems he has NO customer service as well!! The owner was very nice in helping the 1st DAY after that it was do or die your on your own!! These people are committing bank fraud!! Horrible horrible business the way he quickly responds to the reviews he could have done with the email that we patiently waited for! For 5 daya instead all we received was a $800 FRAUDULENT charge DO NOT BOOK horrible...

My party of 3 stayed at A View of the Creek early June 2017. We bought groceries on the way in and relaxed at the cabin from arrival until departure. It was our definition of perfect, so quaint and had everything we wanted in a 2-night getaway: Babbling creek, fire pit, hot tub, seclusion! Plenty of towels and all the essentials. There's a foosball table in the loft, hammock, gas grill, outdoor shower and screened porch. Bathroom is very nice with awesome water pressure. We did not bring pets, but it is pet friendly. Management was very responsive; we had one Issue to which they resolved promptly. The winding stairs leading to the loft were very tight and difficult to walk, you just have to be cautious. It's a small cabin designed for a small crew; however, the only real downside for me was terrible cell phone service (Verizon and T-Mobile), pretty much nonexistent.
