The store it's self is okay and the people are nice and all but my biggest problem with the store is the quality of the stuff they sell I have purchased 3 headset's from the store 2 have destroyed them selfies the first one decided to just not work after a week the wire's just snapped one day and the Mic didn't work anymore The second one was the only one that is of any quality because it's wireless the wires can't be crap if it doesn't have wires and 3erd one didn't even last a week the thing you use to plug into the controller just fell out in to a bunch of pieces for no reason and not just how it broke but even before (countless problems with audio incredibly heavy wire with extra wires the have no reason to be there because they don't do anything 6 foot to 3 foot wire witch doesn't do anything because who has the controller that far away from you as you play). Over all the store it's self isn't that bad and the people who work there are good people it's just the quality of some "most" of there products are over priced and not worth their price. In all I spend $55 on headsets that last less the a week are less minus the wireless one like I said wires can't destroy them selfies if they don't have and my tip any thing worth more than $12 isn't worth it. Still nice...
