Pretty Brow Threading — Local services in Murrieta

I have been to this particular shop twice. It is close to my home so I ventured to try it. The first visit my eyebrows were done well. I had no complaints. I returned for a second visit expecting the same results. NOPE! I told the lady what I wanted. She told me ok. She did a quick thread and then gave me a mirror to view her work. I asked her if she could thin them out a little more and she said no. It barely looked like I had them threaded at this point. Also, she did not pluck or trim them as she did the first visit. Moments later while I was at the register paying a group of women entered the shop and the threader was joyfully speaking with them in her native tongue. She was very inattentive and dismissive. I usually tip my threaders $10. I tipped her $2. She wasn’t worthy of that. Needless to say I have not been back and won’t be back ever. I actually have a regular eyebrow sculpter on Hancock. She is worthy of the title. She is wonderful, courteous and professional. She is worth the drive and the wait. That shop is often very busy and now I know why. It’s the great service. HORRIBLE service. My sister went in and in detail told the lady what she wanted and how told her to only take off the front under her eyebrow and leave the tail and let her look cus she's trying to grow her Eyebrows but keep them clean anyways the lady acted like she knew what she was saying saying "ok ok ok" so you assume okay she knows wat I'm saying she did her whole Eyebrows without letting my sister look and did the complete opposite of what she had asked took her Eyebrows almost completely off.my sister left crying and we will not be returning she obviously must not understand English and that's fine just let people know that cus we thought she understood what we were asking and when we told her she kind of responded like ok yeah i know what im doing , lol obviously not she lost good business cus we would all go there but no...

I had such a great experience getting my eyebrows threaded here! The space is clean, welcoming, and has a relaxing vibe from the moment you walk in. The owner was not only professional and precise, but also took the time to ask about the shape I wanted before getting started — and wow, did she deliver!

My brows have never looked this good — clean, even, and perfectly shaped without being too thin. She managed to enhance my natural arch in a way that flatters my face beautifully. I also appreciated how gentle and quick the process was. Minimal discomfort and zero redness afterward, which is a huge plus in my book.
