I moved in here around August of this year. Although there were hiccups in my application mostly due to covid related issues for background checks, it was a pretty easy process overall but just took a while. I have the 3 bedroom apartment and it is spacious and has an open layout. I would even go to say that it has more space than some of the houses I looked at. The space is more so with the living room and bedrooms. All of the bedrooms are a nice size with no tiny rooms, and can all fit Cali king size beds. The security here is pretty good with gate code access after 6pm and keys that are microchips so it's not easy for someone to duplicate. The apartment is also pretty sound proof with thick walls. My last apartment I lived on the top floor and the people below would always make a lot of noise.Thankfully, in this place no one complains about sounds or hearing too much of your neighbor. Also, the ceilings are a nice height too, not too low. My only issue is parking. I have 2 people living with me but we only get 1 garage and they have to find parking alongside the edge of the road on Winchester. It is unfortunate because they are on the lease and the apartment doesn't accommodate for their parking and sometimes they have to park really far away if they come home late. Another thing is that we all have nice cars so it's fairly easy for someone to break into it or slash the tires. We did bring this issue up with management and I do really appreciate their responsiveness because they right away contacted a security camera company to put cameras alongside their property. And a few final words, don't always believe the negative reviews you read. I saw all the negative reviews online and it almost made me rethink my decision moving here. Most of these people seemed bitter and really had it out for "Norma" who is also a human being too. If you don't like this place that's fine but let's have some respect for one another. I understand some people feel wronged and their voices are heard but don't let one person's negative experience affect your potentially positive one. And as far as dogs go on the property, there is such thing as a support dog. My husband is a veteran and has his dog to help with his PTSD. Read moreFrom a customer service standpoint I feel like 5 stars is justified because I really have no complaints when it comes to my interactions with the staff. Norma and Roxanna were always very nice and available when I needed to speak with them. What I love about this place is they are available 7 days a week! They made the move in process super easy and smooth which was a concern for me because I had moved from up North 6 hours away. Another thing is that anytime I have a maintenance issue they’re on top of it! Always get back to me right away and Mike the maintenance guy is great at what he does, comes by right away and is friendly and knowledgeable.
The only complaints I have or things you should know before moving in here are as follows. The cell service here is bad, at least for us. We tried ATT and T mobile and had 1 to no bars, was told Verizon got the best service in this area but we switched and still the same issue. I don’t know if it’s just this apartment or what but it’s weird that the service is so bad. But Wi-Fi calling fixes that issue so it’s not a huge deal. Just wish I knew why or was warned before hand. Other than that, the garbage disposal doesn’t work good at all and was told to basically not use it which kinda defeats the purpose. The tap water in this area is also really bad and we smoked a water filter in 2 weeks that was supposed to last 4 months and correct me if I’m wrong but I don’t think we are allowed to install a RO system or make any kind of modifications like that so we have to buy bottled water until we figure out a better solution.
Those 3 things are really all I can’t think of if I’m coming up with negatives but not deal breakers just wish we were told before hand. I didn’t want to ding this place on the stars because of that because things like the water quality and cell service aren’t the fault of the property managers.

Worst rental/lease experience EVER and I have handled at least a dozen rentals for myself, kids and parents over the past 10+ years. List of issues is too long to detail, but suffice it to say not a SINGLE step with this company went well once they had deposit to hold rental. Bait and switch terms is their SOP!! Horrible is most positive word I can use to describe the management of this property!! Check out reviews for management company (Cannon Management) and you will get a VERY accurate view of what you are getting into IF you rent here!! We discounted the HORRIBLE management company reviews in favor of the rather good property reviews, BIG mistake!!
