Harveston Lake — Attraction in Temecula

BEST PARK EVER!!! My pet ducks (Nicky, Vinny, Tony, Trixie, and Scarface) live here. I absolutely love them! You can rent paddle boats every weekend and watch awesome sunsets every evening. The neighborhood surrounding the lake is one of the best Halloween-decorated, trick-or-treating neighborhoods I have ever been to which attracts 100's if not a couple thousand people every year. I highly recommend Harveston Lake to anyone. Just remember that bread is unhealthy for ducks and that Winco, located around the corner, sells 5 pound bags of birdseed for $2.50 to anyone who wants to feed the cute ducks. Great place to go for a walk. Lovely small community lake with ducks, turtles and fish. You can go fishing there as well as rent small pontoon boats and paddle boats (however, the boat rental was temporarily closed last time I was there). There are plenty of picnic tables, gazebos, and grassy areas for seating options with lots of trees for extra shade. The kids play area has a moderately-sized play structure and there's a public restroom nearby. This is definitely my favorite walking path...

super cute little lake to walk around . it does get really crowded on nice days so be sure to go really early or be ready to be around a bunch of people ! there are cute little boat rentals but the lake is tiny so i’m not sure how much fun it would be. there are tons of people fishing around the lake as well. there are playgrounds and other activities for kids ! every time we come here we have had a great time ! halloween is extra special since the houses...
