I recently received a gift from Gifted Hands in Murrysville, which was a furry poncho. Initially, I loved it and wore it once, but unfortunately, it shed all over my clothing, and I couldn't remove it with lint rollers or tape. When I returned to the store to explain the situation and inquire about an exchange, I was informed that, due to the elapsed time (more than 30 days), I could only receive a $13 store credit.
I was disappointed not only with the product but also with the lack of customer focus in resolving the issue. The absence of a sincere apology or a proactive effort to make things right left me feeling that my business was not valued. While I've appreciated having a shop with unique gifts and personal items nearby, the overall customer experience fell short.

Went to check out, and the one woman came over and turned her back on me and started working on something behind the counter. Then a younger girl came over and started a conversation with her. Meanwhile, I am standing at the register, and both of them are completely ignoring me. I had to say “I’m ready,” before the younger girl waited on me. The other woman never even turned around. I was not greeted by the 2 ladies who worked there nor did they say one word the entire time I was browsing.
