Without a doubt Burgatory has perfected the art of consistency. I'm not sure if I've been to ALL of the locations, but I can absolutely say that this review applies to each one. Maybe you're wondering why I've visited so many... the answer is simple. My family enjoys sharing meals together, and we always know that if there's a Burgatory nearby everyone will leave happy. It's not a place that I would say is obnoxiously loud, but you don't have to ever worry that your kid is going to be the one causing a scene. They're always busy spots with enough going on that you can absolutely enjoy not cooking without worrying about side eye (which really brush those off anyway you're doing great) Do not sleep on the truffle fries, and as much as I love chips their house salad is so worth swapping for. If veggie burgers are your thing, theirs is done right. I'm not talking some random pressed and sealed freezer slab, it's truly hearty and they're making it themselves. Pro tip: ask for a side of truffle aioli. Put it on anything. You won't regret it.

Hit up Burgatory after hearing much of how delicious their burgers are. Well the product lived up to the raves and more! We (family of 4 with 2 teenage kids) found the service to be outstanding! Bailey was our waitress and was excited that this was our first time at any Burgatory location. She offered us the specials and provided excellent suggestions for us! We lived vicariously and opted for the milkshakes before our meals. Their milkshakes are amazing! Heavy whipped cream and truly over the top delicious ingredients! My Son and I had burgers. He got the Morty's Steakhouse Burger and I got the Double Smash Burger. These burgers are not your run of the mill out to eat burgers. They're stacked high and freshly made! Think dive bar but with some class! My Wife had the Burger of The Month which was a chicken burger. My Daughter opted for the Cha Cha Chicken burger. The flavors in those chicken burgers was fantastic! Juicy, and massive! This place definitely will be a revisit for us!

A good a variety of Gluten-free options with your burger meal. Go with the create your own burger and the meal will become what you hope for. Burgatory’s staff was excellent and worked well together, no drink ever ran dry, each burger arrived hot, and their timing was great, thank you. We cannot recommend the Bison Burger, ours came out well-done when it was ordered pink (medium-rare). Adding the brisket helped the overall enjoyment but the tough bison meat took away from our meal. We will say the grill master has perfected the Wagyu beef burger, ours was perfectly cooked pink as ordered. Be warned, if you substitute the fries/potatoes (both are fried with wheat products) for a GF option there will be an upcharge. Pricing is hard, at the $20+/plate price we expected more of something, maybe flavor, maybe a slightly larger burger, the GF buns toasted, something was missing for us.

Originally I really loved this place. But as time has gone by and the "new restaurant shine" has kind of worn away and I feel it's just alright.

The place is quite small and can get packed quickly. So if you plan on going on the weekend or Friday night or have a large party (5+) make sure you call ahead to reserve seating or you could be waiting awhile.

The service is hit or miss. Most of the time the staff is adequate but they really never go above and beyond (in my experiences around 15/20 times I've been there) and other times they are less than stellar. They don't come over often after you initially order and I've had them forget things (like entire orders) on a few occasions. But in their defense they usually bring it out and comp it if that occurs if you ask about it.

The burgers are just. So so. I'm not a huge burger guy and I've tried two of the premade burgers and I've "made my own" (which is really nice by the way) probably 3. They were good don't get me wrong. They just weren't anything to write home about. Getting to make your own though is special. You get a sheet or paper with 75 options on it which makes the experience special. You can basically make any type of burger you want, do note, some options cost extra and can add up quickly.

For me the big selling point is the milkshakes. By God I love these things. They are fun, unique, flavorful, and they give you the mix cup with your regular glass. You can also get "hard shakes" which have liquor in them or pick a premade hard shakes. I'm lactose intolerant and I'll drink one everytime and suffer through the pain because I love these so much.

All in all its an alright place. Most people will enjoy it (make sure you get a shake!) but don't...

I ordered for pick up here and chose curbside pickup since my kid was napping in the car. It took forever to find a parking spot at first because I couldn't find any designated spots. After parking I called the number given and nobody picked up. I ended up calling them about 6 more times with 2 to 3 minutes between each call to no avail. I then just decided to wake up my kid and go inside to pick up my food which was slightly annoying since it says they do curbside. The front desk people were at least kind and friendly whenever I went inside.

I got a custom burger, fries and a pretzel shake for my meal, all of it was amazing, no complaints at all on the food. Nothing was missing from my order, the egg on my burger was superb and even the food was nicely placed in my to go box. If I had to say anything about the food it would just be that I wished it was a little warmer, which probably due to the extra time I waited on my food, but it didn't take away from the flavor or presentation of the food.

Can't really say much about the atmosphere since I didn't dine in, but I have dined in at other locations, and it seemed fairly per usual on...

Was there Saturday 3/12/22 around 430pm. The young blonde hostess was absolutely miserable. She walked us to our table where my friend asked if we could sit in the booth literally directly next to the table she was going to sit us at, she gave us the absolute most disgusted look, rolled her eyes snatched the menus and literally threw them on to the booth table. Didn’t say one single word. When she made the dirty face initially, my friend said If not I understand. But she ignored us. After she threw our menus down we thanked her and she stormed away. Not one word the entire encounter, literally we even walked up to the hostesses station and said “2”. I have a neurological disease and am in pain and I also have other physical side effects, my friend was just trying to make sure I was comfortable. I’ve been to this Burgatory many times and was never treated so poorly. I’ve worked in restaurants when I was in high school, I get there is a rotation but it’s really not that real. And to be treated that way is completely unacceptable. So needless to say I don’t think I’ll be back since it’s such a hassle to accommodate someone with...
