Originally I really loved this place. But as time has gone by and the "new restaurant shine" has kind of worn away and I feel it's just alright.
The place is quite small and can get packed quickly. So if you plan on going on the weekend or Friday night or have a large party (5+) make sure you call ahead to reserve seating or you could be waiting awhile.
The service is hit or miss. Most of the time the staff is adequate but they really never go above and beyond (in my experiences around 15/20 times I've been there) and other times they are less than stellar. They don't come over often after you initially order and I've had them forget things (like entire orders) on a few occasions. But in their defense they usually bring it out and comp it if that occurs if you ask about it.
The burgers are just. So so. I'm not a huge burger guy and I've tried two of the premade burgers and I've "made my own" (which is really nice by the way) probably 3. They were good don't get me wrong. They just weren't anything to write home about. Getting to make your own though is special. You get a sheet or paper with 75 options on it which makes the experience special. You can basically make any type of burger you want, do note, some options cost extra and can add up quickly.
For me the big selling point is the milkshakes. By God I love these things. They are fun, unique, flavorful, and they give you the mix cup with your regular glass. You can also get "hard shakes" which have liquor in them or pick a premade hard shakes. I'm lactose intolerant and I'll drink one everytime and suffer through the pain because I love these so much.
All in all its an alright place. Most people will enjoy it (make sure you get a shake!) but don't...
Read moreI ordered for pick up here and chose curbside pickup since my kid was napping in the car. It took forever to find a parking spot at first because I couldn't find any designated spots. After parking I called the number given and nobody picked up. I ended up calling them about 6 more times with 2 to 3 minutes between each call to no avail. I then just decided to wake up my kid and go inside to pick up my food which was slightly annoying since it says they do curbside. The front desk people were at least kind and friendly whenever I went inside.
I got a custom burger, fries and a pretzel shake for my meal, all of it was amazing, no complaints at all on the food. Nothing was missing from my order, the egg on my burger was superb and even the food was nicely placed in my to go box. If I had to say anything about the food it would just be that I wished it was a little warmer, which probably due to the extra time I waited on my food, but it didn't take away from the flavor or presentation of the food.
Can't really say much about the atmosphere since I didn't dine in, but I have dined in at other locations, and it seemed fairly per usual on...
Read moreWas there Saturday 3/12/22 around 430pm. The young blonde hostess was absolutely miserable. She walked us to our table where my friend asked if we could sit in the booth literally directly next to the table she was going to sit us at, she gave us the absolute most disgusted look, rolled her eyes snatched the menus and literally threw them on to the booth table. Didn’t say one single word. When she made the dirty face initially, my friend said If not I understand. But she ignored us. After she threw our menus down we thanked her and she stormed away. Not one word the entire encounter, literally we even walked up to the hostesses station and said “2”. I have a neurological disease and am in pain and I also have other physical side effects, my friend was just trying to make sure I was comfortable. I’ve been to this Burgatory many times and was never treated so poorly. I’ve worked in restaurants when I was in high school, I get there is a rotation but it’s really not that real. And to be treated that way is completely unacceptable. So needless to say I don’t think I’ll be back since it’s such a hassle to accommodate someone with...
