The truck that picked up our items was on time. It was an early morning pick-up and the driver called me to keep me posted as to to their arrival. Both, the driver and his helper, were courteous, worked quickly and efficiently to remove the items we had already staged, and abided with the stipulations we had imposed on the pick-up. very conscientious pick up staff, very helpful scheduling and sales staff. Arrived on scheduled day. Worked through the sweltering heat that day. I was not able to help much because of a hurt ankle/foot but they said that was ok, they were there to do the work and I was welcome to do other things or help if I wanted to but not required or expected....
