We spent an outrageous amount of money here, and unfortunately, the experience didn’t justify the cost. The menu has drink prices listed, but once you choose a drink, unexpected "add-ons" are tacked onto the bill—even though those same ingredients are already listed as part of the drink on the menu. It’s very misleading and left a bad impression from the start. To make matters worse, my drink was poorly mixed and had chunks throughout. When I mentioned this to the staff behind the counter, they brushed it off and claimed “that’s how it’s supposed to be.” I’ve owned a nutrition shop before, and I can confidently say that is not the standard. I reached out afterwards to try to share my concerns and photos of the drink with management, but no one ever responded. Very disappointing. We also ordered smoothie bowls, expecting Herbalife-quality products. However, the bowls tasted nothing like Herbalife and seemed more like frozen ice cream. If you’re operating as a nutrition shop using Herbalife branding or expectations, it’s unacceptable to substitute non-Herbalife ingredients and still charge premium prices. I wouldn't. I spent $19 for one drink, and gave a $2 tip. After choosing the tip, i was informed that 2 of the ingredients of my drink would cost extra. I was like.. i just spent $21? And tipped? And thats literally how the drink is advertised. It doesnt say extra or anything. I was just told "well it is kind of an expensive product." Yes, it is. But this is overkill. Extra liftoff for $4 when other places its $2. That means the base price was $15. Thats the highest price I've ever seen for tea bombs. Theres definitely better...

We get the tea bomb things brought to us at work sometimes, and the ones from here are usually the best. I got a gift card from a friend and went in person recently. It was very clean and decorated for Christmas nicely. I reccomend Miami Vice for tea bombs. I'm pretty sure I also got a shake here once and the ice was blended great, there were no big lumps.
